We all have that one movement that we hate. We hate it because we suck at it. Some of us avoid what we suck at and some of us work to get better.
1) Write down what you need to work on.
2) Come up with a game plan as to how you are going to get better at it.
3) Work your ass off to get better at it and I guarantee once you get better, you won’t hate it as much!
