I almost did this exact thing... was gonna train solo. Went and got my L1. Dropped in to talk to bro. I would have quit crossfit in less than 6months. Group is the only way for me. For my fitness, and more importantly my sobriety.

Kinda depends on my mood. Like after coaching all morning I'd much rather train alone. But if I'm fresh and chipper I'd rather throw down with the class.
