Episode 20: How Do We Get Over The Plateau
During our fitness journeys, we accomplish a lot of victories and successes! Gains, PR’s, Faster, Higher, Longer! They area all amazing and propel us to want to do more.
However, on occasion we all hit that wall. We stall and our gains a few and far between. It can be challenging to overcome especially if you don’t truly understand what’s going on.
This week, Bro and I share our thoughts on how we get over the plateau.
Huge shout our to US Air Force First Sergeant, Master Sergeant Todd Hart of the 437th Operational Support Squadron out of Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina for the unit patches. Bro already had them on his bag before we were done recording! He was like a kid at Christmas!
