Deciding to embrace the world of functional fitness takes certain kind of person. Embracing it as part of your fitness methodology requires an additional level of commitment.
But how do you attack what’s written on the whiteboard? Do you go into the red from the word go? Do you pace yourself and just grind it out? Well, that depends. How long is the workout? What is the intended stimulus? What are the movements? Do I need to scale?
