In Episode 7, Mo and Brody discuss the finer points of CrossFit Programing. From commercially available products, to locally designed programs, they talk about the benefits and challenges of both methodologies.
As they talk about the art and science behind programming, Brody gives us his thought process and the “Why” on how he has developed training for Games and Regional athletes as well as a Nationally ranked Weightlifter along with his competitors and athletes at CrossFit Excess for the past 4 years.
