Mo and Brody get together again with Aaron Jannetti of Endeavor Defense and Fitness. This visit, Aaron talks about his new book How to Survive an Active Killer: An Honest Look at Your Role in the Age of Mass Violence.
In part one of this 2 part series, we learn about Aaron’s history in educating people about active shooter incidents. He shares some observations of the shooting incidents at the Pulse Nightclub, Paris and San Bernardino, how he decided to take action within his community, and how a 3 minute video changed the way people think about incidents of violence.

Episode 8: The Teams: Changes In The CrossFit Games
The team portion of the CrossFit games has been increasing in popularity every year since The Games started being televised in 2011. In November of 2018 after the CrossFit Invitational, Games Director Dave Castro announced the team portion of The CrossFit Games will scale down from 6 members (3 women & 3 men) to 4 members.
It was a significant change from what the community was used to and like most changes from HQ, came as a bit of a shock.
In Episode 8: The Teams, The guys start off with a short history lesson. Then Mo and Brody go on to share their personal thought on the recent changes, the creation of “Super Teams”, and where they see the future of the team competition going.
